We're incredibly proud of the craftsmanship that goes into making BEARBA'S sock shoes. My family has personally tried and tested each product multiple times which includes machine washing. Our sock shoes are strong, durable, and made from good-quality cotton. We want your Happiness. If our sock shoes tear, break, peel, or rip within 30 days will replace them. No QUESTIONS, just a photo for proof.
Sale items are non-refundable.
DAMAGED
We offer a 30-day exchange and refund policy from the date of order.
If the product gets damaged within 30 DAYS - We will give you a full refund or a store credit. You choose.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind and think sock shoes are not for your little ones, that's ok. Just ship them back at your expense. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, unwashed, and must be in the re-sellable condition that you received it. Your refunds are only processed once goods have been confirmed as re-sellable.
WRONG SIZE
We strongly recommend you measure your little one's foot. It's so simple. check out our size guide here. It's ok if you did all the correct things and they still don't fit. Just ship them back to us in original condition please. Approx cost will be about $8.95 AUD. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, unwashed, and must be in the re-sellable condition that you received it. Your refunds are only processed once goods have been confirmed as re-sellable.
